Driven by a Mother's Love

I’m Viktoriia.

A mom of two, and like most parents,

I just wanted to feed my kids something real.

When I couldn’t find it, Arti Bar was born.

In 2022, we left Ukraine because of the war and arrived in North Carolina with nothing—just two little boys, a few bags, and the hope of starting over safely.

Everything was new. The language. The rules. The pace of life. But one of the hardest things was something I never expected: food.

Back home, I cooked everything from scratch. I knew where our food came from. I didn’t question what was in it. But here, I stood in grocery stores feeling overwhelmed and defeated. Even the “healthy” options were filled with ingredients I would never feed my children—seed oils, preservatives, gums, artificial flavors.

I didn’t set out to build a business. I just wanted to feed my kids something I could trust.

So I used what I had: nuts, seeds, fruit—simple, whole ingredients I knew were safe.
No syrups. No seed oils. No shortcuts. Just real food that felt right.

My boys loved them. Then friends started asking. Then neighbors.
Word spread quietly, heart to heart. And that’s how Arti Bar was born—not from a big idea, but from a mother’s instinct to protect, nourish, and keep things real in a world that often isn’t.

Arti Bar was created in the middle of real life—during a time of fear, change, and hope.

We still—and always will—use only real, whole ingredients. No preservatives, no fillers, no "natural flavors." Just food you can feel good about—made for busy hands, growing kids, and people who care about what they eat.

This isn’t just a snack.
It’s a piece of our story.
It’s a way to carry care into the everyday.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed reading food labels…
If you want to give your family something you truly trust…
If you're tired of “healthy” snacks that aren’t—

You're not alone.

I’ve been there.
And I made this for you.
